Police arrested Mr Robert at the top of the 62-storey Cheung Kong Centre, but he was later released without charge.
He unfurled a banner during his climb, naming a website that claims to be counting down the number of months left to save the planet from global warming.
Mr Robert scales the world's tallest buildings without safety equipment.
