I think many would have heard about roomsDB.net. But for those who have not heard, well roomsDB.net is a room rental portal that provides a platform for anyone who wants to find or rent out a room.

Founded by Sebastian Ang, this site boasts a large database spanning not only rooms located in Singapore but also rooms located in other countries like Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Australia.

Using the site is fairly easy and user-friendly. If you need to look for rooms, just click on "read offers". And if you want to rent out rooms, just click on "post offers". That simple.

But what's amazing is the long long long long lists of rooms in its huge database. And if one finds the list is too long, no worries. The portal allows you to customise the listing according to room types, rental rates and location. So you can naroow down to what you want.

Once you have selected a room, details and description of the room and the contact details of the agent/landlord will be displayed. The location of the room will also be shown (Thanks to Google Maps).

If you are damn desperate in getting new updates, you can turn to RSS. Yes, this site offers RSS feeds. Quite thoughtful.
