Trial for ex-preacher accused in murder of actress expected to start in summer: The trial of Brian Radone, a former preacher accused of murdering Singapore-born actress Felicia Lee, expected to start in summer.
A Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney said Tuesday he expects the murder trial of a former preacher accused of slaying an adult movie actress to start sometime towards the end of summer.

Brian Randone stands accused of torturing and murdering his girlfriend, Felicia Lee, inside the couple's Monrovia apartment on Sept. 11, 2009, according to court documents.

Deputy District Attorney Philip Wojdak said he expects Randone's trial to begin sometime in the middle of August or the beginning of September. Lee, 31, was an actress and model who appeared in adult-themed films under the name Felicia Tang.

The 45-year-old Randone holds a bachelor's degree from Moody Bible Institute and a
master's of divinity degree. Randone is due back in court on July 6 for a pretrial hearing. The court appearances enable Wojdak and Randone's defense attorney, Michael White, to exchange evidence and information in preparation for the trial, Wojdak said.
