A groper has been convicted of fondling a young woman - after he left dirty handprints on her chest. Peter Notridge had been working on his car moments before he grabbed his victim, covering her top with incriminating evidence, a court heard.[via Arbroath]
He was given a three-month suspended prison sentence after admitting the assault, which mirrored a classic scene from hotel comedy Fawlty Towers. The 58-year-old was also made to register as a sex offender - unlike hapless Basil Fawlty, who merely received a slap from wife Sybil after inadvertently pawing a pretty guest.
