Part of what the crazy lady was shouting,

You don't look after your PPS passengers. Are you crazy!...You realise this might cost you your job. Now get your PPS passengers on the 9.45 flight!

SQ117 Flights delayed due to engine trouble. Eventually, the plane was canceled, the storm's profane outburst.
Sorry for the staff of airlines,But there were many outbursts and jokes, so it was superb entertainment.
