On Friday, NASA had sent the LCROSS (Lunar CRater Observing and Sensing Satellite), a robotic spacecraft, to take photos of a spacecraft crashing into one of the craters of the moon. The crash experiment is to search for hidden ice and water beneath the moon's rock. This exercise, which NASA calls moon bombing, costed taxpayers $79 million.

This was taken of a mother dragging her kid through a Verizon wireless store on a leash like a dog. Apparently she has been arrested. I cannot believe the nerve of some people.

This incident happened few months back and the woman, Melissa Catherine Smith-Means, was arrested.

An Alabama woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police say she injured a child while dragging it through a store in Rome. According to Floyd County Jail records:

Melissa Catherine Smith-Means, 37, of Gaylesville, Ala., was arrested by Rome police around 12:30 p.m. She was charged with felony first-degree cruelty to children. Police say she was observed by customers and employees at a store on Broad Street, dragging a small child around by a backpack leash. The child had visible marks on the neck from the incident. She remains in jail without bail.

A new unique world record is on the cards after staff at a furniture warehouse made a video of themselves playing mattress dominoes.

The game sees dominoes substituted with mattresses and the addition of some willing participants.

Staff at Bensons for Beds in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, set up a whopping 41 mattresses across their warehouse, with a person standing behind each one.

Early morning in cottage in northern Wisconsin. I couldn't believe how eerie this was ...walking across the room at about 6 a.m. I noticed this thing out of the corner of my eye. It was Iris's balloon--a balloon my niece had left behind after returning to NH the day before with my sister and her family. It was perfectly still. The balloon was floating, independently. A beautiful, amazing sight.

New York City - Street fight on corner: Cyclist and another guy caught on camera fighting. Cyclist hit the guy with the bike lock. See video below.

I made a pit stop in a starbucks somewhere on the lower east side and i saw this guy who appeared to be a bike messenger (maybe not) and an older asian guy (for sure he was an older asian guy) getting into a fight because they ran into each other at the intersection. the older guy could have walked away but WOULDN'T LEAVE THE BIKE DUDE ALONE, the bike guy even said 'stop following me man', then the bike dude totally let him have it, POW! KRYPTONITE LOCK TO THE FACE LIKE 3 OR 4 TIMES! Dude's face was actually bleeding hard core for like the next 10 minutes, but i had to bounce soon after. People from inside the starbucks did come to his aid, but it all happened pretty fast. Crazy, and oddly enough, the very next day i saw another fight in the street between two women and titties were flyin in that one, high heels bangin on car windows... unfortunately i did not have the camera, bummer. Enjoy.
