One of the richest countries in Asia is seeing a dramatic rise in the number of people turning up for free meals. For the third straight month inflation in Singapore is at a 26 year high at 7 and a half percent. That along with soaring food costs and wages staying the same is forcing many Singaporeans to tighten their belts.
