of work, ict and away

Haven't been blogging for the past 10 days. Had been busy busy at work. On top of that, had 2 days of ICT. Some more I'll be overseas for the whole of next week. So I'll be out of action again.

It has been a hectic week at work. Mostly attended meetings and discussion. Almost squeezed dry.

Finally changed our SL55 for the 3120. We are converted back to Nokia users again.

What have I learnt during my ICT? Nothing has changed much in SAF. Flow of instructions still sucks. Expect the unexpected. On the SAF100, it informs us just to bring the SBO and helmet. Fine. In-processed, to find out that we are not allowed to book out. All have to stay-in. Nevermind that. There's still the gift shop right, as some of you might say. Gift shop has all the essentials. Shower gel, towels, blah blah blah... At 0920hrs, we were informed that all had to sleepover. Closing time for the gift shop? 0930 hrs! Duh!

At home, LancerLady gave Lancerlad a haircut. She had wanted to bring him to the barber but the queue was long and so she gave it a shot at being a barber. DIY.

Now I'll be going through my daily reads over the internet to catch up what I've missed out for the past week.

Happy Lunar New Year to all!

Gong Xi Fa Cai! ("May you be prosperous")
Nian Nian You Yu! ("May you have abundance through the years")
Da Ji Da Li! ("Good luck")
Wan Shi Ru Yi! ("May all your wishes come through")
Cai Yuan Guang Jing! ("May prosperity spread")
Hong Yun Dang Tou! ("May good luck arrive now")
Tian Tian Mi Mi! ("May your life be sweet")
Pian Di Huang Jin! ("May gold pile at your feet")
Yue Lao Yu Qi, Lao Dao Feng Shen Shui Qi! ("May you reap overwhelming fortune")
