DTowbBroCo Proudly Rolls Out Series Posting

DTownBroco is excited to introduce series posting.  This is mine.  Every writer is going to creatively pump out their own series.  Consistency is cool.   So were going to give it to you.  

Check back and once or twice (if I feel saucy) a week and you will see a new "I'd Love To Know How To" edition.  Some long, some short, but all delicious.

This is going to end up being a full blown longer post but seeing as how I'm excited about the new direction the blog has decided to go in...the beta version of this post is going to release.  RTM will follow shortly.

Prove It: Scottie vs. The Golf Monster

In another birthday celebration last night that involved me drinking way more than I intended to, and narrowly escaping a trip to jail for urinating in public, I came across our second installment of the "Prove It" saga. At one paint in the night (pretty early actually, round 9:30 or 10) we were discussing our golf games as any typical group of Bros would. Talking about our slices and how shitty our approach games are, and how some puts are near impossible (except me, for I am a phenomenal putter). Scotty "the Body" Ty chimes in, and I quote : "I can drive the ball 400 yards!" Like, that was ver batum how he said it. And we had already moved past that point in the conversation and moved on to chipping/putting.

So now the fun part comes. I bet Scotty $20 that he couldn't drive the ball 400 yards, and told him he can use any combination of club and ball he wants. I would've bet more but in these trying times I know the value of my minuscule salary. I am so sure that Scotty can't "Prove It" it's not even fair. I'd say the over/under is 325; and that's very generous only because I'm giving him the shadow of a doubt that he wouldn't say that unless he could really bomb it. So step up to the plate Scotty. "Prove It" parts I & II fall solely upon your shoulders. Don't let The Coalition down Scotty...

Prove It: WildSteve Is A Permanent Wildcat?

In the midst of binge drinking and the excitement a UFC fight brings, WildSteve made a bold commitment.

With absolutely no peer pressure from any of the other Wildcats in attendance, Steve said,  "If the Wildcats hockey club wins a third consecutive championship, I will get the Wildcat logo (right) tatted on my ass."

I feel like he's been secretly planning this for a while now, but nonetheless, this needs to be documented...and by the grace of God followed up on.

Never underestimate the wild-ness of WildSteve.

Prove It Scottie!

Time for people to put their pride where their mouth is.

Do you have a friend that makes outlandish claims because there is no feasible way to prove it?

Well we at BroCo. want to provide a forum for you to prove that asshole wrong and shut them the fuck up.

One time, my buddy Dave said he could wheelbarrow walk to California. Fuckin California! So we took him to the high school track and this guy made it once around the track after a solid hour and a half. Not quite California distance. My man was face planting every 30 feet.  Scotty the Profit thinks he can still throw 80+ MPH fastballs. Well time to man up, brah. Start your training now because baseball season is rapidly approaching and what a better way to kick off our "Prove It" spot than with the age old battle of being too old to still perform like you did when you were 18.

Any ridiculous claims that you would like the BroCo. to put on blast?

Maybe somebody said they can drink you under the table or anything of the sort, the BroCo will document it and make them "Prove It".
