Brent played with Parker from 2004-2008, and is in the middle of a divorce from Erin Barry. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are in the middle of one, too, as of earlier this afternoon, when the Desperate Housewives star filed the paperwork.

Rick Barry says "I feel horrible for my son. I'm in shock. I knew [Erin] was moving out of the house soon and SHE was the one that filed for divorce."

"This is the straw that broke the camel's back. [Brent] is going to be devastated. I can't even imagine going through this ... the divorce was hard enough."

The first human case of bird flu in seven years has been diagnosed in Hong Kong, health officials said Thursday, urging the public to take precautions. A 59-year-old woman was hospitalized in serious condition after a trip to mainland China, the Hong Kong Department of Health said.

Her illness was diagnosed as influenza A (H5), a variant of bird flu. It was unclear where she had contracted the disease. She did not have any contact with live poultry and did not visit farms while in China, Hong Kong health officials said. Her 60-year-old husband developed possible symptoms of bird flu, but has recovered.

Hong Kong health officials have stepped up surveillance by testing patients with severe pneumonia for bird flu. They also have launched a hotline to answer questions from the public, and are working with health officials in mainland China to monitor any occurrences.

A THIRD year history student of the University of York, said to be from Singapore, faces jail after he pleaded guilty to 17 charges of making a child pornography video, featuring girls as young as six over more than a year.

Jonathan Wong, 23, of Goodricke College, was arrested after hardcore child pornography was found on his computer by fellow students, according to The Press of York, in UK. The audio files can be viewed via the university's internal network by registered users with a password. When police were alerted, they found images and videos, some of which lasted over an hour long. About 50 videos were found, 25 of which were rated in some of the highest categories of hardcore pornography, said The Press report.

Wong on Tuesday pleaded guilty to 17 charges of making child pornography between July 15, 2008 and March 19, 2009. Martin Butterworth, of the Crown Prosecution Service told magistrates that some of the girls featured in the videos looked as 'young as six'. 'Of the movies, some of them are graphic, some of them have audio, some of them last more than an hour,' he was quoted by The Press as saying.

HWZ reports that Jonathan Wong "was formerly from Nanyang Primary School, The Chinese High School and Hwa Chong Junior College..."
