of rain and taxis

It rained heavily this morning. It is a fact that it is hard to get a cab when it rains but I decided to try to flag one since I was in no rush.

In the end I gave up and called for help. However not one but all the taxi company phone lines were jammed. No choice had to try all the taxi companies.

Luckily a taxi from CityCab stopped in front of me to let off a passenger. Pure luck. But that luck came one hour late.
