of woman gives birth without knowing she was pregnant

Woman gives birth without knowing she was pregnant: Shana Hupp had no idea she was pregnant. See video (link below).

A new baby’s arrival is often a guessing game. For Shana and Bobby, what was most unexpected was that they were expecting at all.

Hupp wasn’t feeling well early Monday morning, but had no idea that what was causing her discomfort was a 7 pound 3 ounce baby boy. Jaxsen’s arrival was too fast to even get to a hospital.

His parents admit they are still in shock. They had no idea Shana was pregnant. Engaged and living together, they had casually considered having children, and even potential names, but had no immediate plans for a family.

Shana says she didn’t show the obvious signs of an expectant mother. Ready or not, he’s still their bundle of joy. And while they may rather have timed it differently, they are proud parents just the same. They're ready to start their new life as baby makes three.

of real estate agents sues csi producer for defamation

Real estate agents file $6-million suit over 'CSI' episode: Scott and Melinda Tamkin are alleging defamation and invasion of privacy, saying characters in the episode were based on them.
When married real estate agents Scott and Melinda Tamkin read about an episode of the hit crime drama "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" that featured dirty-dealing, S&M-loving real estate agents named Scott and Melinda Tamkin, they didn't need to consult a forensic expert for an explanation.

A house sale involving the Tamkins and a "CSI" producer had fallen apart four years before, and the producer was listed, in the same online description, as the co-writer of the episode.

Real estate agents Scott and Melinda Tamkin in a photo posted on their website, at www.thetamkins.com. They have filed a $6-million lawsuit over a "CSI" episode.
On Friday the Tamkins filed a $6-million defamation and invasion of privacy suit against the producer, Sarah Goldfinger, saying she humiliated them and cost them potential business "by creating from whole cloth characters engaged in a reckless lifestyle of sexual bondage, pornography, drunkenness, marital discord, depression, financial straits and possibly even murder."

Also named as defendants in Los Angeles County Superior Court are CBS, which broadcasts the series; Jerry Bruckheimer Television, the company that produced the episode; and Goldman, Sachs Capital Partners, which is identified in court papers as a partner in the production.

of is it ok to run an illegal library from my locker at school?

Is it OK to run an illegal library from my locker at school?
Let me explain.

I go to a private school that is rather strict. Recently, the principal and school teacher council released a (very long) list of books we're not allowed to read. I was absolutely appalled, because a large number of the books were classics and others that are my favorites. One of my personal favorites, The Catcher in the Rye, was on the list, so I decided to bring it to school to see if I would really get in trouble. Well... I did but not too much. Then (surprise!) a boy in my English class asked if he could borrow the book, because he heard it was very good AND it was banned! This happened a lot and my locker got to overflowing with the banned books, so I decided to put the unoccupied locker next to me to a good use. I now have 62 books in that locker, about half of what was on the list. I took care only to bring the books with literary quality.

of man pushes would-be china suicide off bridge

Man pushes would-be China suicide off bridge: A Chinese man was pushed off a bridge by an angry passer-by after his threat to commit suicide held up traffic for five hours.
Retired soldier Lian Jiansheng, 66, broke through a police cordon and reached out to shake the hand of would-be jumper Chen Fuchao before shoving him off the bridge.

Chen, 2 million yuan ($293,200) in debt because of a failed building project, fell 8 meters (yards) onto a partially inflated emergency air cushion and was hospitalized with wrist and back injuries. Lai was detained by police.
Lai said,
I pushed him off because jumpers like Chen are very selfish. Their action violates a lot of public interests. They do not really dare to kill themselves. Instead, they just want to raise the relevant government authorities' attention to their appeals.
