Antoinette, a French patisserie, is founded by award-winning pastry chef Pang Kok Keong under the Sugar Daddy Group. There are currently two outlets located at Penhas Road and the Mandarin Gallery. The third is slated to be opened at the Scarlet Hotel.

Chef Pang was formerly the Executive Pastry Chef of the Les Amis Group's Canelé and has also founded Pique Nique, a new American cafe.
