Making appointments to see a doctor at one of our hospitals is like playing musical chairs.

Six months ago, I made an appointment to see a doctor. The appointment was for 16th November.

In July, I called the hospital to reschedule the appointment to an earlier date due to last minute work comittment. The hospital confirmed the change by sending a "Change In Appointment" notification letter to my home address.

In August, I received another "Change In Appointment" notification to inform me the appointment has been rescheduled again because the doctor "is not available".

Yesterday I got another notification. Change in appointment again. 16th November. Have to call them again.
