I was going through the photos taken when we were back home. I came across this photo which was taken from our chalet about 50m from the beach. It was taken on the day the Tsunami struck but 12 hours later at about 6pm.

Recalling, we were at the beach during that afternoon, not knowing what had happened. It was only when we woke up at about 6pm, that I took this photo and switched on to CNN to witness what had already happened. Well at least we were way out of danger from where we were. But who knows what could have happened. Life's unpredictable.

There were those who were present and had narrow escapes, like that of M1 boss. [more]
